Kate is our agent. Kate helped us to buy an SFH at Sunnyvale. Kate is very patient with our search. We were not really clear about what kind of place to buy at the beginning. We were fortunate to work with Kate when buying our first house. She was very resourceful and patient making the whole new for us process very smooth and relatively painless. Kate was super diligent and always was able to find the answers for various aspects of different properties we considered and even arrange expert opinion at a critical time. I hear the stories about some real estate agents pushing buyers to make offers, but Kate is not one of them. She always made sure we had all the important info to make an informed decision and at the same time knew when we needed to act quickly, so it was a nice balance without being too stressful and overwhelming. She worked tirelessly day and night and was at all times responsive and very easy to communicate. We are very happy with our new house and can't thank Kate enough.
